By purchasing through Elle Sea Design you agree to these terms and conditions. 

Payment

We accept payment through Paypal or Stripe only.

Postage

UK orders are posted second class standard. International orders are posted international standard. Please leave up to 2 weeks for UK delivery and 4 weeks for international delivery.

Damaged or missing goods

If your order arrives damaged please email photographs and we will send you a replacement item(s) free of charge. 
If your order does not arrive within the suggested time frame we will send a repeat order free of charge as a one time gesture. 
It is the buyers responsibility to pay for tracked postage and this must be requested by the buyer prior to ordering. We will not be held accountable for repetitive missing orders.

Refunds 

We offer refunds at a 90% rate if requested within a 48 hour period.
